A five-part series of customized, two-hour workshops designed to strengthen team communication, grounded in the latest research and workplace trends.

Each highly interactive session will incorporate tools and techniques to elevate various components of communication to drive change substantively.

Program Outline:

Effective Communication:
Build strong, trusting relationships by learning the powerful components of communication to improve how to strengthen relationships and connect with others on a deep level.

Confident Communication:
Show up with more confidence and executive presence by learning various techniques that use vocal energy and body language to communicate with clarity and impact.

Generational Communication:
Learn how to bridge generational divides by understanding and adapting to the different communication styles of Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Boomers, and even the Alpha generation.

Navigating Difficult Conversations:
Understand what matters most in challenging conversations, and learn frameworks to have difficult conversations with confidence, compassion, and practical strategies for resolution.

Authentic Presentations:
TED talks went online in 2006, fundamentally transforming how we present and what makes presentations memorable. Learn impactful techniques to present with clarity, authenticity, and connection—whether in person or virtually.

Program Process:
Prior to the first session, each participant will complete a communication self-assessment to enhance their awareness of how they connect, communicate, and present. This is most suitable when engaging in three or more modules.

Notes:

Each session is customized to the group, incorporating real-life examples to deepen learning.

Session notes and additional materials are provided after each workshop.

At the end of the program, participants will rank themselves in over twenty communication skills.
