Meet Megan
Megan Siemers Livingston
I am passionate about connecting with young adults and supporting them in their transitions, whether they are starting their careers or seeking a new direction. Using the co-active coaching framework, I help individuals find clarity and take meaningful steps toward their goals.
My work has primarily focused on guiding young professionals and students in leadership development, student advocacy, and team-building skills. I am a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in leadership, training development, and project management within higher education.
As the Director of Accommodations and Accessibility at New York Medical College, I work closely with students, especially those with disabilities, to help them overcome academic challenges and succeed through personalized strategies and workshops. I also provide faculty development training, with a strong emphasis on accessibility and inclusion.
Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in both athletic and academic coaching. I’ve had the privilege of serving in leadership roles at institutions such as Fordham University and the New York Institute of Technology, where I managed large student engagement initiatives, oversaw budgets, and supervised staff in areas such as orientation, student leadership, and wellness programs.
I hold a Master of Education specializing in College Student Counseling from Springfield College. Let me move you through your transition with confidence during our Navigating Transition with Clarity and Confidence
